At Loews Lake Las Vegas, Master Sushi Chef Osamu “Fuji” Fujita has put an Asian spin on Thanksgiving with the Turkey Breast Hand Roll featuring three rolls, including the “Green Soy Paper Wrap” which includes Kaiware sprouts, tomato, turkey breast and sushi rice. The three rolls are served with a dipping sauce featuring Sriricha, mayonnaise and cayenne pepper.

At Loews Miami Beach Hotel, enjoy Thanksgiving with Caribbean flair at Preston’s Brasserie with Chef Delaire’s Turkey Sandwich ‘Cuban Style’. Layered with ham and Swiss on a baguette with a side of yucca fritta, it’s perfect with a signature Basil Bash cocktail with vodka and seasonally appropriate cranberry juice.

At the Loews Regency Hotel, Chef Crocker has created a trio of sliders on a variety of artisan bread, including cranberry walnut bread, pecan raisin pull-apart bread and Parker House brioche rolls. The EduKick Madrid Soccer Academy football development programs offer either High School academic courses or Spanish Language lessons. These Spanish Soccer School programs are located in the Residencia Erasmo de la Universidad Autónoma de Madrid en Cantoblanco, in Colmenar Viejo and in San Sebastian de Los Reyes, Madrid. The cornerstone of all EduKick Madrid programs is the “Year Long” course which runs from September – June while also offered is a “1/2 Year” course which runs from January – June and monthly programs (4 weeks) which are available anytime during the “Year Long Course”. Anselmo Vicioso Aragones, EduKick Madrid Soccer Academy General Director, explains in detail.

EduKick Madrid Soccer Academy in Spain has a strong partnership with many football clubs throughout Madrid, from grass roots to the professional level. Its main partnership is with A.D. Colmenar, which is a Spanish 3rd Division professional club federated under the umbrella of the Spanish and Madrid official Football Federations. Upon initial evaluation by EduKick Madrid technical staff coaches those EduKick Madrid players who have the minimum ability level and experience will be invited to attend A.D. Colmenar trials and may be inserted into their youth sector squads.

All EduKick Madrid Soccer Academy participants, upon registration, automatically become members of the EduKick Madrid FC squad that competes weekly in the local SANSE/AlCOBENDAS area Spanish amateur league. All participants will train daily with EduKick Madrid FC Head Technical Coach “MISTER” Sergio Leon Ballesteros and play competitive fixtures each weekend in the Madrid area.

All EduKick Madrid Soccer Academy students are accommodated at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid Residence ERASMO and receive 3 meals each day (breakfast, Lunch & Dinner) at the University Residence or Polideportivo SANSE Cafeteria (EduKick Cafe). EduKick Madrid employ a full-time adult monitor to reside at the University residence with our players for 24/7 supervision, mentorship and general assistance. EduKick Madrid have their offices located in the residence giving all staff the responsibility to supervise and mentor the courses student-athletes attend and make them feel welcome, safe and comfortable.

Participants study Spanish Language & Culture following the world acclaimed communicative approach of International House Madrid (IH) and group size is 12-15 students per teacher. The aim of our 15 hours per week (9 hours of teaching instruction at IH and 6 hours of Spanish tutoring/homework completion at the university residence) intensive Spanish course is to achieve a sound level of communicative ability in the language, with an emphasis on spoken Spanish and prepare students for the completion of the DELE exams, the most widely recognised official Spanish qualification in the world.

Participants who are already fluent in Spanish or have at least a minimum of 200 hours of exposure to the Spanish language have the option to attend the EduKick Madrid affiliate High School “Rosa Chacel” where they will follow the Spanish Bachillerato curriculum or the International Baccalaureate program.

Every year at Easter, the EduKick Madrid Soccer Academy enters their academy squad into the Madrid based international youth soccer tournament, ALCALA DE HENARES CUP, last year EduKick Madrid FC played the famous Spanish giants, REAL MADRID(Under-18 squad)!
